Create a "Lifetime" subscription level
I have seen this in a few apps. Napkin.one uses this: $10/month, $100/year, $300 lifetime.

Let's use the correct definition we want a "Life Time License" vers "Subscriptions".
Capacitites is gonig ot help me organize my personal life organization along with helping me stay organized while I complete my degree. In attempts to simplify my life and mental health, the thought of month or yearly subscriptions is anxiety inducing. I want to support future development of Capacities.
Being realistic let'ts talk Dollars & Cents (apologies, to Euro, but the figures I am quoating are in $US Dollar.)
Looking for the monthly cost of the "Believer" tier
Yearly billing $12.49 x 12 months = $149.88 (cost for one full year)
If we double the annual equivalet of two years $299.76 at the beliver tier.
That would be fare and reasonable. Other users have posted similar cost break down $100 for an annual plan, vs. $300 for life time.
What this shows among your audience there is acknowledgement of support for your work with a desire for "life time license" vers "Subscription.
I understand if you still want to see euros continue to roll in, I have an idea.
The life time subscription covers The latest version mentioned in the official release notes is v1.58.53 (2026-02-16)+ all incremental updates. As a gesture of acknowledging the support from your users, the following promotion.
Purchase a "lifetime" licenses by May 30, 2026 and recieve all upgrades
including version 2.xx. Going forward, eachof next major releases strting with ver. 3.0-5.0 and the big version 6.0 charge us a reasonable fee $25-$59.99.
Please keep this in mind, when (not "if") you launch the Limited Life Time Lincense offer, please be sure our lifetime license will include the upgrade to the next major ver. 2.xx. Anything less will look like a money grab.
Please help your customers who experience anxiety with subscriptions.

Strongly disagree! A sustainable financial model is crucial to support the way Capacities is developed and managed. A lifetime license is wishful thinking and probably requires stakeholder financing, which has ruined too many apps already. I wouldn't accept it if my boss asked to give me three times my annual pay one year, if I agreed to work for free for the rest of my life..
