Consider Tauri instead of Electron

Electron is great, but Tauri is much more lightweight due to it using system webviews and should allow for a (relatively) easy switch since it supports all kinds of web frameworks as well. Also, they are working hard to add mobile views, so maybe it’ll make adding mobile support easier.
