This would be really useful and would greatly speed up the use of the application and filling the database.

I'd love to see this - and absolutely it should work very much like the Google Calendar event "sync" works. I don't want to duplicate contact info, i want it all stored in my contacts provider, but I do want to link some people to information in capacities, and if working in capacities be able to see their contact info.

I imagine this working similarly to the way we can view events on our calendar and choose to pull them into Capacities if we choose (with the addition of some sort of search/filtering capability). Contacts import is great, but I have thousands of contacts and not all of them are candidates for inclusion in my Space

I’m finding it very valuable to import some key contacts including organizations so that notes and links (and AI) directly reference them. It would be great to be able to easily import contact data, I’m on Apple hardware. One very efficient way is to monitor contacts and whet new contacts are added to ‘Apple Contacts’ it is noted so that when in my Contacts Objects in CAP there would be an option to import ‘New’ contacts. See the app Contact Journal (MAC) for how this is neatly done. Alternatively you could link contacts where possible such as in ‘Busy Contacts’ (MAC) which enable a direct call back link.
