Allow multiple types in entity property for custom types

When creating a custom type, you get the option to add a new property of any type of database (ie page, weblink, etc) or content (text, number, etc).however, sometimes it could be desirable to have a poperty that can link to any item in any or some selected databases. For example, adding a "source" property to a note should allow to choose a weblink, audio, image, or custom type. and not limited to one type only.

+1 use case I have meetings that fit into both project type work and other stream type work e.g. client project and staff performance reviews. i would like the meeting context to be auto selected, or similar to task context have the option to have multiple different contexts

This is definitely the one feature I'm missing the most in Capacities! The built-in "Context" property for tasks does this really well, and I so wish we could have the same functionality for other object types.

Agreed.

My use case: I’m building a custom object type for cocktails. For each cocktail I want to add ingredients that can be different object types, Alcohol,Fruits,Flavorings, syrups

Other

Right now, an object property can only point to a single object type I want mutiple

The original request asks for a property that is untyped. That would be generically more useful, but I could also accept a property whose type is a union of select property types. Or, a property that is typed, but will accept objects of another type.

Agreed, this would allow for much deeper linking that is far less tedious than using a text property with links.

Example Use Case:

I have a microbiology space I'm preparing for Uni, which has a definition for Micro-Animals, Microorganisms, and Pathology & Disease.

In micro-animal I want an Associated Pathogens property that can point to both Microorganism and Pathology & Disease to represent infection models.

The dual targeted custom type property would need to handle two way linking appropriately.

At the moment, these are our best options.
