Easier UI to add new entities
There should be an empty box next to the entities in the dashboard view with a "+" which let's you easily add new items. Same for the table view with a "+" at the bottom of the table to add a new item.

When I'm on a page (e.g. Project), I want to add objects (e.g. Persons) that don't exist yet.
What I'd expect is: @ + text. If the text doesn't exist yet, show a dropdown - similar to the autocomplete dropdown when persons are found - which allows me to select the object type, e.g. Person or Project. If I select a type, everything between @ and the moment when I selected the type becomes the object title. The object is created, and the link inserted.
I can then either continue to add more objects (most of the time), or I can click on the link to go to the new object to add more detail (less often)
