+1. A few concrete suggestions on how this could be designed so it stays simple: 1) Share at the space level first, with three roles: owner, editor and viewer. Per-object sharing can come later. Viewers should be free or cheap, as Truitt A said, since most teams have far more readers than editors. 2) Make presence visible early: avatars of who is in the space, and a soft indicator on the object someone else is editing. Block-level merging (CRDT-style) matters more than a full multiplayer cursor experience for a first release. 3) Keep personal and shared content clearly separate. A personal space that can optionally link into shared ones avoids the worry of accidentally exposing private notes. Moving or copying an object between spaces should always ask which relations come along. 4) Add lightweight activity history and comments per object, so people can see who changed what and discuss it without leaving the page. Even a simple version with space-level invites, roles and an edit history would cover most team and family use cases.

I was really shocked when I recognized that it's not possible to collaborate. It was so clear to me that this feature exists in capacities that I even didn't check it when starting to work. Please let us see the collaboration very soon!

Any big projects (such as for example delivering the Olympic & Paralympic Games) require the collaboration of many different stakeholders. No one can change the world alone.

Capacities is a revolution. Truly the best app of the 2020s. However, without a multi-users live-collaboration, this app goes no-where on the long-term. I really hope that multi-users, cross-organizations will come soon so that also the workplace will be revolutionized.

Feel like this doesn't need to be requested.

This. And it feels different than the one it was merged with.

In my mind, you'd have user permissions and decide if they have permission to View or Edit in the space they're invited to, and all the users are on the same account.

Would be a cool bonus if you could invite view-only users for free.

Then would likely need an audit trailer for edits users make, like you could open their profile and see what edits they made recently (this function may be reserved for a group admin).

Just ideas.

Plan for Families fände ich auch wichtig.

Assuming, this will also lead to a new plan for business / teams, I'd also like to suggest a plan for families (for up to 5 or 6 users maybe)
