Pasted alias expands to full object name

I use Alfred and/or Raycast for several features on my Mac, but one of the biggest features I make use of is text snippets. I currently have a snippet that will let me quickly create a block in Capacities, but if the snippet expands (or if I manually paste) an alias into a capacities note, the in-line object link will display as the full note name instead of the alias that I pasted.

For example, assume I have a organization object named "Long Customer Name", and it has an alias "CN". If I type [[CN]] then Capacities will insert an inline link to the customer, but displays the alias. However, if I instead paste [[CN]] then Capacities will create an inline link showing the full object name. Capacities also seems to drop pasted carriage returns.

This causes problems with the snippets I use in Alfred, where I have a keyword of "!!cn" set to:

"# [[CN]] Notes "

In Obsidian this inserts a H1 with a link to the alias and a carriage return so I can immediately start typing notes underneath. In Capacities this instead creates a H1 with the full object name, and the cursor ends up at the end of the inserted text, so I have to hit enter before I can start typing notes.
