Unable to Navigate Whiteboards on iPhone and iPad
I am very excited to make the best use of the new whiteboards feature. However I am unable to use it in the mobile version of the app. I understand that in the iPhone and iPad OS, the whiteboards feature is only for viewing and navigating but I am unable to even navigate the whiteboard object in both OS.
When I try to move the canvas and look at the elements on the whiteboard, nothing happens. The canvas remains frozen.

I have the same problem on iOS 27.0.1
It shows only part of the whiteboard and I can’t move it at all on my iPhone.
Just noticed that I'm able to navigate on the iPad when I am using iPad with a mouse; not when I use my fingers (touch). On the iPhone, it's still frozen.

·4 days agoThanks for reporting this. Whiteboards should be viewable and navigable on phone and tablet in Outline or Canvas; editing is desktop-only. Could you add your iOS/iPadOS versions and confirm whether navigation is frozen in both views? Whiteboards documentation

The canvas is frozen on my Android phone (Moto G Power with Android 16).
