Content captured from share sheet disappears

I added text + an image to an existing page via Share Sheet and when I opened the app a few moments later from the same device, the content wasn’t added to the page. Now I’m not sure how much content I’ve saved from Share Sheet recently that didn’t actually land in Capacities. The Heptabase share sheet at least confirms the content was saved before closing out the share sheet dialog & runs a “Something went wrong, please try again” error if it doesn’t work — I’d prefer that over false reassurance that my content was saved.
