Content behind a window is showing through the window

After the recent update on october 26, i seem to have a bug where, content in the background of the app for example the "whole map" will show through an open window when my mouse happen to be over the content in the background (see the referenced images. I don't think this happened before the update, but either way, i guess it is not supposed to work like that :)
