Bulk convert selected to-do items into individual tasks

When capturing action items during note-taking, converting items one by one takes extra effort. Allowing bulk conversion into individual tasks would streamline task creation and project management.

Current Behavior: When selecting multiple to-do items and converting them into tasks, Capacities merges all selected items into a single combined task.

Expected Behavior: Each selected to-do item should be converted into its own individual task.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Highlight or select multiple to-do items in a list.
2. Convert the selection into tasks.
3. Observe that a single task is created containing all selected items.
