Bug Report: Duplicate File Paste When Copying Voice Memo Link on macOS

Issue:

When copying a share link for a voice memo in Apple macOS and pasting it into Capabilities, the paste action inserts the file twice instead of once.

Two identical files/attachments appear after pasting, as if the clipboard content is duplicated automatically.
