Cannot synch Google Calender
Back in January, I signed up for the two week trail for Capacities pro. The issue that I had was that I could never get my Google Calender to synch with the Calendar in Capacities.
For my desktop, I’m on Windows 11, using the Edge Browser. For mobile, I’m using a Samsung Galaxy S25 device.
I followed the steps documented to sync my Calendar. I disconnected and reconnected several times, even signing out of my account and clearing the cache. Beth was very helpful in trying to help, even after I sent a screen recording of how I was unsuccessful in trying to sync my calender.
My Google account has 6 calendars (Work, Personal, Sports, etc). I even tried just synching one calendar to see I can synch them one at a time. This was also unsuccessful.
Now that Tasks management has been rolled out, I really want to sign up for the Pro account, but not being able to see my Google Calendar in Capacities is a showstopper for me.
Has anyone else raised this issue? If so, is there a solve for this issue?
Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Thanks for the detailed report, Dayne. Based on the docs, the most common causes are missing permissions or an existing stale Google connection, so it’s worth double‑checking that Capacities has all calendar permissions and that any old “Capacities Calendar Integration” entries are removed from your Google account connections before reconnecting: https://docs.capacities.io/reference/calendar-integrations#calendar-integration-errors. If you still don’t see any of your 6 calendars in the Capacities calendar sidebar after reconnecting, this is likely an edge‑case bug rather than a setup issue. In that case, adding your details (OS, browser, steps tried, and any error codes) here will help the team investigate further.
