Full Export settings not persisting

There are some issues going on with Full Export settings.

• Backups ceased working around August 27. When I noticed this a week later, I went into settings and all my schedules had disappeared.
• I recreated them, closed Capacities, and opened it again to find no schedules defined again. With some trial and error, I was able to recreate the schedules as long as I created them one at a time, exiting capacities in between each schedule creation.
• Today I discovered that although I always have the keep option set to all, it is set to 1 in all the schedules. Whenever I try to set it to all, after reopening Capacities it's back to 1
