Download button on embedded file object does not trigger download

There are two issues regarding download of an embedded file object:

1. If you hover an embedded file (test.docx in the example below) on a page with the mouse cursor, a download button appears.

If you click that button, the file object opens, but it is not downloaded as expected.

You can only download the embedded file via the context menu.

2. After downloading the embedded file via the context menu, in addition to the message window indicating that the download is complete, an artifact of it appears in the right-hand corner of the modal window.
