I just ran the last update and now performance is slow

Noticed I had an update so I ran it and now everything is so sluggish it's nigh unusable.

I'm on Windows 11 running in Firefox.

I must use the web based and Firefox.

I've closed tabs down to a reasonable amount, tried restarting and clearing the cache.

Even opening menus and toggles takes 3-5 seconds.
