Readwise sync not working

I have followed all of the steps in Beth's youtube video to sync readwise highlights. I have added a couple new 'test' articles and highlights to make sure it is working, and it is not. The sync tag is not automatically added to anything in Readwise, and when I manually add it, nothing syncs back to Capacities.

Please share your settings' readwise configuration here or email us at [email protected] so that we may diagnose. Note that in the kindle integration settings there's also an option to ignore the readwise integration input.

Also note that some readwise sources (kindle, kobo, ...) may only sync content back to readwise every 24hrs unless you press "Sync now" on the readwise app.
