CalDAV integration gets rejected from server

I added a CalDAV server to see my calendar. Initially, it worked as expected. However, after some minutes, I noticed an error message ("Couldn't load events"). In addition, my normal calendar app also reported error indicating that the server (mailbox.org) had rejected the request because too many requests occurred. It looks as if Capacities is issuing way to many requests to get the calendar events.
