Back button for PDF reader on mobile browser not working in some scenarios

Here's the specific scenario. I created a Page and embedded several PDFs on it. Then, I shared that page with a share link and opened it on my phone with Firefox. After opening one of the PDFs, pressing the back button on the top left corner did nothing. The PDF stays open. I can't use the phone's back button because that just leaves the browser.
