Performance (lagging)
I'm very new to Capacities (as of today!) and am just testing it out - it looks great. However, I've imported a Markdown file from Craft Docs and it's REALLY slow and laggy - to load, scroll, select multiple blocks, and show text when I type. Admittedly it's a BIG page (~9200 words with a fair number of web links & a few images) - but is there anything I can do to make it faster? Is it better to break it into separate pages rather than having a lot of pages embedded within pages? I'm using the web app, running Monterey (12.5) on a 2019 MacBook Pro with a 2.3 GHz processor.

I have similar issues with some documents as short as 970 words. I heavily use lists and drag and drop becomes unusable or even stuck at blocking the whole editor.
Performance is an ongoing effort, and with the last updates, we massively improved it across all platforms.
