I can confirm that on macOS with Capacities 1.62.2 - SVG files that are perfectly displayed when opened with a browser, cannot be imported into Capacities, neither by drag&drop as an image nor by importing as a file. The error message is: "This image could not be loaded...".

Are there any restrictions or requirements regarding SVG files in Capacities?
