Unable to Connect Outlook Calendar, Error 2408

When setting up the Outlook Calendar Integration I keep getting the 2408 error. According to your help guide, 2408 means the integration does not have all of the necessary permissions. I'm not sure what else I can do for it as there is only one option when I initiate the connection with Outlook. That is to press the accept button. I've been through this a few times over the last day and nothing seems to work. Also, after the I get the error I immediately receive an email that Capacities has been granted access to my account. I will include a screenshot of the permissions after the integration failed. Any suggestions?
