Can't open a downloaded MS word File
I have downloaded a MS word file stored in a page from the Mac Desktop app. The download works but I can't open the file, which makes file storage of no value.

Hi there,
So you get a downloaded word file but it's a broken file that can't be opened by word?
Is this from using our Page export or was this an original word file that you had uploaded to Capacities before?
