Activate Colorblind Mode or Custom Colors?

I have a form of colorblindness that makes it quite difficult to discern more than 5 colors from your pallet.

Just to give you a sense of what it's like for colorblind users, I created an image illustrating the 5 colors I see (A - E), bolding the selection I actually choose based on contrast from the others. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1SYVw2PVSbzKMyF0FjVTcLaQ5dxd6wg5Y/view?usp=sharing

Here's another image that I took with a filter that emulates my type of colorblindness. When toggling the filter on and off, I perceive no difference: https://drive.google.com/file/d/16z-lmeFVqNyHPhyNpVbfK-V3b6Dcaugr/view?usp=share_link

It might be hard to create a "colorblind mode" because there are different types of colorblindness, but maybe way to boost saturation would help? Or possibly for me to set my own colors? In the worst case scenario, allowing me to eliminate the muddy, unknown colors from the pallet would be a great help.

I find this site to be a great resource: https://wearecolorblind.com

PS, I'm aware of MacOS's colorblind filters, but they are not corrective: they merely shift the confusion to other colors.

Thanks for detailing your experience and sharing the example images and resources. Based on the current documentation, Capacities does not yet offer a dedicated colorblind mode or fully customizable color palettes: https://docs.capacities.io. Your suggestions (reduced palette, higher contrast, or user-defined colors) are very concrete and will be useful input for improving accessibility.
