Bug | Export pdf / word | Numbered Headlines loose formatting

When I export a numbered list, where the text is formated as headline, I think there is a bug:

• in pdf: the numbers are formated in standard (text is formated correctly as headline)
• in word: no numbers are shown (text is formated correctly as headline)

(system: windows desktop or firefox browser, Adobe Acrobat)
