Email-to-Capacities not working from any address (including Gmail, plain text)

The email-to-Capacities feature is not working for me from any of my email addresses. Notes never appear in my daily note.

What I've already checked and ruled out:

• The feature is enabled on my plan.
• I'm sending to [email protected] (verified, no typo).
• I'm sending from the exact email address my Capacities account is registered with (confirmed for both addresses below).
• I've tested from Gmail (web) in plain text mode, with no signature, no attachments, simple subject and body — still nothing arrives.
• I've also tested from an @mac.com address, same result.
• I've checked my daily note in the correct space (and on the correct date) — the notes are not there.

Since you mention that some emails can't be read by your system and you can't notify the sender, I wanted to flag this directly. It fails even in the simplest possible case (Gmail, plain text, no formatting), from the registered account address, which suggests the issue may be on the delivery/processing side rather than my email formatting.

Test details (please check your logs for these):

• Test 1: sent from [Gmail address] on 3 August at 12:52 time Zone Rome
• Test 2: sent from [mac.com address] on 3 August at 12:37 with time zone Rome

Could you check whether these messages reached your servers? Happy to provide message IDs or any other details if useful.
