Desktop app keeps showing objects deleted via public API, even after app restart

Steps: delete objects (tags, in my case) via the public API (DELETE endpoint). Then check the desktop app (macOS).

▎ Expected: deleted objects disappear from the desktop app after sync/restart.

▎ Actual: they keep showing in structure tables (e.g., Tags → All) even after fully restarting the app. The web app (app.capacities.io) shows the correct state immediately. Only logging out and back in on desktop clears the stale items.

▎ Impact: makes API-based cleanup workflows unreliable, since desktop users see ghost objects indefinitely.
