Weblink URL disappears permanently from Customize Card View

There appears to be a bug with Weblink object types and the "Customize card view" settings.

When I create a Weblink object and go to its object type settings → "Customize card view", the URL property is initially available.

If I uncheck/hide the URL property for the first time, the URL simply disappears from the card view. However, it also disappears from the list of properties in "Customize card view", so there is no longer an option to enable/show the URL again.

The URL is still visible when opening a Weblink page in full mode or preview mode.

I reproduced this 3 times in 2 different Capacities environments I have. Deleting the Weblink object type and creating it again restores the URL option, but the same problem happens again if I hide it.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a Weblink object.
2. Open the Weblink object type settings.
3. Go to "Customize card view".
4. Find "URL".
5. Hide/uncheck "URL".
6. Return to "Customize card view".
7. The URL option is no longer available to enable again.

**Expected behavior:**The URL property should remain available in "Customize card view" so it can be shown again later.

**Actual behavior:**The URL property disappears from the customization options entirely.

This seems reproducible and does not appear to be specific to one environment.
