CMD + [] (back and forth) doesn't work properly

The shortcut cmd + [] for going back and forth, as in every other app, is almost useless. It doesn't work as expected. And I think the issue is, that you only record the history when you **click** through the app. But if you're like me and use all the time shortcuts, the actions/pages/steps were not recorded, so going back then via shortcut goes everywhere, but just not where it should go to.
