Full export doesn't contain a file for all tags and files for tag collections are empty

I had a look at the full export(s) created for my 42 Sidenotes space in Capacities today.

It's set to include everything (see screenshot).

It does contain a folder for the tags.

But that does NOT have any file with all the tags I have in this space. It does have files for each collection of tags, but those are all empty except for the column headers.

NOTE:

It seems it's nothing to do with the export of tags as such as exporting from the tags page (i.e. after clicking "tags" in the left sidebar and selecting export from the top right three-dot menu, DOES produce a csv with all the tags (I have 479 tags, the file has 480 lines which includes the row with the column names). See screenshot.

The drawback is that this does NOT contain the collections a tag is in... (I did click "Export folder containing all subpages). I also tried by starting the export from table view instead of from a gallery view, but that made no difference to the contents of the export (Binary same according to Beyond Compare).
