Unable to create weblink object from Safari iOS Share Sheet

In Safari on iOS, when I click share and then click the Capacities logo, I get the new Share Sheet. From here, there is no way to save the webpage URL that is the input into the Share Sheet as a new Weblink object. This used to to be possible.
