Today Button in Daily Note does not take me to today's date

Dear Capacities Support Team, I am writing to report a few issues I have been experiencing with Capacities, particularly since the latest update. First, I am having trouble navigating to the current date. When I click on "Today" on the iPad app, or when I double-tap the calendar icon at the bottom of the Android app, instead of taking me to today's date, it takes me to random and incorrect dates. Second, the typing problems on the Android app are still present. To explain what is happening: when I start typing a word or phrase, it duplicates itself. For example, if I type "I'm", another "I'm" appears immediately before or after what I just typed. Furthermore, if I try to delete the error, it clears out the other words I had already typed. I'm using Gboard on Xiaomi Redmi 15C. It also happens on my iPad 5th Gen.
