Can't use Command+left/right arrow key to move cursor while within a hyperlink

Steps:

1. Paste a URL. Keep it as an inline url (not weblink object).
2. Make sure cursor is inside or touching the URL (e.g. at the end of the line)
3. Try command+left/right arrow key to go to the beginning/end of the line. Doesn't work.

I also noticed that holding down Command while the cursor is in a hyperlink makes it disappear for as long as Command is held.

Also, option+left/right to move word by word works fine.
