Codex reports 'uploadFile' not exposed

Using Capacities ChatGPT Connector.

I am attempting to uploadFile with title: "XX · XX — XX"

Codex / ChatGPT responds with:

I can’t run the exact reproduction because uploadFile is not exposed by the connected Capacities MCP—only the create, append, search, and property-update tools are available. The upload step is essential, since it creates the pre-rename native Image object whose wikilink registration the bug tests.
