Issues with PDF Annotations

Hi team, some feedback on the new features:

1. PDF Viewer: “Jump to location” works correctly within the PDF view. However, when jumping from there to the Reader view, the position reference is lost and the Reader goes back to the beginning of the PDF.
2. Highlights in webpage objects: When a highlight is embedded into a webpage object, it is not visible. The highlight is not lost, but it is not rendered. If the highlight is moved back outside the object/block, it becomes visible again.
3. Image highlights: The same issue occurs with image highlights.
