Buggy scrolling and typing on daily note

On current IOS version. Buggy daily note navigation and scrolling. When I click to insert text the keyboard pops up but the typed text goes nowhere. Only when I click again it actually lets me type. Also it doesn't keep the screen in views where you clicked. Feels like this is buggy.

Also when scrolling in edit mode there are black bars at the top and sometimes flicker at the bottom.

I have a video I can pass along but it doesn't let me attach videos here.
