App shortcut disables on Windows

Hi, I've been using the app on Windows for several months. I pin a shortcut to launch the app to my taskbar but every few weeks I get an error button that the shortcut is no longer valid. It appears the app has disappeared from my system?

I'm using Windows 11 Education Edition
