The app is sluggish

Cap has been rather sluggish today. There's friction in terms of time between an action and a response from the app. eg trying to add a property has a time lag after I click Add Property.

When trying to drag an object next to another in order to have two columns, it takes a long time and then the (several) responses come together at the end after I've given up trying to arrange them.

I'm on Windows and on the latest update.
