Variable queries in daily notes return no results after updating to 1.71

Since updating Capacities to version 1.71, the variable queries embedded in my daily notes have stopped showing results. I haven’t changed their settings, and they worked before the update.

The attached screenshot shows one example. It returns Sleep Tracker objects filtered by Created at → is → This object › Date of daily note, with a limit of one result. I use this query so that each daily note shows the Sleep Tracker record created on that note’s date. For example, opening my September 23 daily note should show the record for September 23.

Now this query shows “There’s nothing here (yet),” and my variable queries also return no results.

Is this a bug introduced in 1.71, or has the way variable queries work changed? If the behavior has changed, how should I set up this filter to get the same result?

I'm having the same issue but not with all my variable queries in my Daily Note. It's just my the Query of my Notes Object. I'll add notes, and they are saved, and I can see them in the Created Today tab of my Daily Note, but my Today's Notes variable query will continue to show "There's nothing here (yet)."

Additional Note: The amount of empty space clogged up by the white space around the note that "There's nothing here (yet)" is triggering. I hope for a functional fix for the query view issue and a visual fix for the query view layout from 1.71.12 because it's currently disjointed in alignment and bloated with all the blank wasted space.

Could you confirm whether the same query returns results when opened outside the daily note, and whether the issue affects both existing and newly created daily notes? Please also confirm whether all variable-query types are affected or only filters using “This object → Date of daily note.”
