Bullet/Toggle-conversion bug (Android & Win11)

Platform: Android & Windows 11 (Latest Capacities App)

Description: Two related issues with bulleted lists and toggles:

1. When toggle style is set to bullets (dot style), typing "-" generates a toggle block instead of a standard bullet list block.
2. Existing bulleted lists automatically convert into toggles after exiting and re-entering any object. (Only when the toggle style is dots)

Context: I encountered and reported this issue about 8+ months ago. Beth did change the status of the report, however I cannot see it anymore. Returning to the app now, the behavior still persists on both Windows and Android.
