Deleted Weblinks cannot be captured again from the browser extension

If I capture a URL using the browser extension, delete the Weblink in Capacities, and later try to capture the same URL again, the extension still treats it as already saved.

I would expect either to be able to capture it again, or to be given an option to restore the deleted Weblink.

This makes accidental deletion particularly problematic for a capture-heavy workflow.
