Editor toolbar and tablet toolbar overlap at bottom of the screen

Dear Team,

1. The editor toolbar and the Samsung tablet overlap at the bottom of the screen making it impossible to use the editor's function. See attached screenshot
2. I can no longer double click a single word to select it, it always goes into block select mode. Very annoying as this prevents me from adding clickable links
