Problems with Secret Link pages in Safari

Hello Capacities Support,

I’m experiencing recurring issues with Capacities pages shared via Secret Links, specifically when my clients open them in Safari.

Several clients have reported that certain elements of the shared pages are either not displayed at all or do not function properly. In particular, audio files that I provide on these pages sometimes cannot be played in Safari.

One client recently sent me a screenshot of the page as it appears on her device, and I noticed that the layout and displayed content differ significantly from what I see when opening the exact same Secret Link in Chrome.

My experience so far is:

• Chrome: works very reliably
• Firefox: works correctly in almost all cases
• Safari: recurring problems with missing elements and audio playback

Since I use these Secret Link pages to provide materials to my clients, including audio content, reliable browser compatibility is quite important for me.

Could you please check whether there are any known compatibility issues with Safari and Secret Links, particularly regarding embedded or uploaded audio files and the rendering of page elements?
